After returning from their sea voyages, as the sun’s rays slowly faded on the horizon, the Taíno gathered to share the gifts of the ocean and the land. In this dish, the sweetness of pineapple blends with coconut milk, and zucchini adds freshness and lightness – all combining into a meal that tastes like the sun itself. Cook rice and serve together.
