Organic Three-Pumpkin Cream

Description

You’ll probably find the greatest abundance of pumpkins in Żuławy Wiślane. The main type of soil there is fertile river alluvium, which is a natural ecosystem for organic farming. I enjoy driving there in October, admiring piles of all kinds of pumpkins, stacked against the walls of granaries. All shades of orange against a wooden backdrop—there’s probably no more beautiful combination of colors. In this jar, a group of pumpkins with different flavors and textures bathes in coconut drink, and a generous dose of chili adds spice to the whole situation.
